Getting started

Padel Fast is tournament software for padel. Pick a format, add your players, and it draws the pairings, builds the schedule and keeps the standings updated live — from a Tuesday americano with friends to a full club league season. It runs on the web, iOS and Android, and everything stays in sync across every device.
Because the spreadsheet falls apart the moment somebody is late, a court frees up or an extra player shows up. Padel Fast draws every round for you, lets players enter their own scores from their phones, and updates the standings the second a round ends. Every result also feeds your rating, so even a social night counts towards something.
Create a free account on the web or in the app from the App Store or Google Play. Choose a format, set the date, the courts and the scoring, add your players, and share the event with them. The first round is drawn the moment you start the tournament.
No. Only the host needs the app to create and run an event. Everyone else can still play, and we do recommend they install it — scoring is far quicker when each pair enters the result of the match they just finished and can follow the standings on their own phone.
Yes. Share the event and your friends join from their own phones, score the matches they play and follow the standings as the night goes on. Once you have played together, adding the same group to your next event takes seconds.
Padel Fast is built for padel. The formats, the pairing logic and the rating system are all designed around padel doubles, so while nothing stops you from running another racket sport on the same schedules, the experience is tuned for padel.

Americano and Mexicano with their mix variants, King of the Court, Beat the Box, Round Robin, Ladder, Club Clash, Knockout, World Cup, multi-stage leagues and single matches. Every format handles its own draws, rounds and scoring, and we keep adding new ones — the formats page explains how each one plays.
Start a new tournament in the app or on the web, pick the format and the scoring, set the date, the venue and the number of courts, then add your players. Padel Fast generates the pairings and the round schedule for you, and you can still adjust players and courts right up until the first round starts.
Yes, as long as the organizer allows late entries. Latecomers are worked into the rounds still to come rather than the ones already played, so their results count from the moment they step on court. If you are the one arriving late, check with the organizer first — some formats and draws are easier to extend than others.
The players do, from their own phones. Each pair confirms the result of the match they just played, and points, standings and ratings update live on every device in the club. The host can correct any result that was entered wrong.
Yes. The tournament builder lets you design a custom format — your own rounds, schedules, brackets and performance-based stages — and then run it exactly like a built-in one, with the same automatic draws, live scoring and ratings.
Yes. Every tournament has a big-screen view made for the TV next to the courts: the round being played, who is on which court, and the live standings, refreshed as results come in. Open it in any browser at the venue and leave it running.

Leagues

A league turns one-off events into an ongoing competition. Add your members, play your matches or connect existing tournaments to the league, and the table updates as results come in. With divisions and seasons, a group of friends, a workplace or a club can keep the same competition running all year.
Yes. You can be a member of as many leagues as you like — your club league, a work league and a group of friends at the same time. Each keeps its own table, while every result still feeds the same personal rating.

Ratings & statistics

Every player has one rating from 0 to 10 that reflects how they have actually played; you may also see it written in points, where 5.0 is the same as 500. You set your starting level when you sign up, and from there every ranked result moves it. The system first predicts the outcome from the gap between the two sides, then moves your rating by the difference between what was expected and what happened — so beating a stronger pair is worth more than beating a weaker one.
Both. A one-off ranked match is rated on its own, and a tournament night is rated round by round: every round you played counts as its own match against the opponents you actually faced, not against your final placing. Americanos, mexicanos, leagues and knockouts all feed the same number, and unranked events still show up in your match history without moving your rating.
Because how much is at stake changes with your level. A strong player who wins a match they were expected to win earns little but loses more when they are beaten, while newer and lower-rated players move in bigger steps so their rating finds its true level quickly. When an underdog beats a favourite, an upset bonus scales the reward up and the favourite's loss down. The result is a ladder that rewards improvement rather than the number of games you play.
Yes. Your profile keeps your full match history, your rating over time, and the wins, losses and points from every event you play, so you can see whether your game is genuinely improving and how you compare with the players you play against.

Clubs & organizers

Clubs are a large part of who uses it. Your club gets a public page in the worldwide directory, you can run americanos, mexicanos and tournaments on any night that would otherwise be quiet, and recurring leagues, seasons and ratings give members a reason to keep re-booking. Everything runs from one account, however many events you have going at once.
Yes. A company subscription puts the plan in your business's name rather than on someone's personal card: pay by card or by invoice, add your organisation and VAT numbers, and every receipt carries the company's details. You can charge entry fees for your events and have the money paid out to the club's account.
Yes, with the Pro Club plan. It gives you a secure REST API and your own API key, so your booking or member system can sync players under your own customer IDs and enter them into tournaments programmatically, with per-endpoint usage analytics in your dashboard.

Plans, payments & refunds

Playing is free: joining events, entering scores, following live results and building a rating cost nothing. Creating and running tournaments needs a plan — Pro Plus for players and casual organizers, Pro Manager for clubs and organizers who also need payments and league tools — and both start with a free trial: 3 days for Pro Plus, 7 days for Pro Manager. If you only run the occasional event, a one-off Day Pass unlocks the Pro tournament features for 6 hours.
The organizer sets an entry fee when creating the tournament, and players pay in the app before they join. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, the money lands in the organizer's Padel Fast Wallet, and payouts go from there to their bank account. If you have paid and still can't join, contact your organizer.
A Padel Fast Wallet. Set it up from your dashboard, confirm your details with our payment provider and add the account you want to be paid out to. Once it is verified you can put an entry fee on any tournament you create, follow your balance and payouts in the dashboard, and let refunds be handled automatically. Our support team can help if you get stuck.
Yes. Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider, so your card details never touch our servers, and every transaction is encrypted end to end.
Refunds are processed automatically when you leave a game with an entry fee — you get the entry fee back, while the service fee is not refundable. If the money does not turn up, contact support and we will look into it.
Leave more than 6 hours before the game starts and you are refunded the entry fee minus the service fee. Leave later than that and the entry fee is no longer refundable, because a place in the draw can rarely be filled that close to the start. Refunds can take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
You get the entry fee back in full, automatically, without having to ask. The service fee is the only part that is not refunded.
