Yes. Pro Plus and Pro Manager both start with a free trial — 3 days for Pro Plus and 7 days for Pro Manager. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
Absolutely. Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can cancel whenever you like from your account settings. You'll keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Pro Plus is built for players and casual organizers: live scores, optimal pairings, 10+ tournament formats, performance tracking and ladder tournaments. Pro Manager adds everything clubs need — payment processing, league management, scheduling and advanced analytics.
The Day Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro tournament features for 6 hours. It's perfect if you only run events occasionally and don't want a recurring subscription.
Yes. You can manage your subscription anytime from your account settings, where you can switch between monthly and annual billing or move from Pro Plus to Pro Manager.

Pro Club unlocks the club API integration: a personal API key, endpoints to sync your players using your own customer IDs, and full access to read and join your tournaments from your own club system — plus a usage overview in the dashboard. It includes everything in Pro Manager and starts with a generous 2-week free trial.
The features are the same — the difference is who the plan belongs to. A company subscription is set up in your company's name instead of on a personal card: you can pay by card or by invoice, add your organisation number and VAT number, and every invoice carries the company's details. That keeps the club's costs on the club, not on whoever happens to run it.
Because a club doesn't use Padel Fast the way an individual does. A venue runs tournaments and leagues across several courts week after week, with staff organizing events for a large, ever-changing group of players — a completely different scale of usage than a single organizer's account. Company pricing reflects that heavier usage, and adds business billing on top: invoice payment, VAT handling and receipts in the company's name.
Yes. Company subscriptions can be paid by card or by invoice. If you choose invoice, it arrives by email with 30-day payment terms and can be paid by bank transfer — and access starts immediately, so your club isn't waiting on the transfer.
