League members and join requests
Share the league with a QR code, approve join requests, and manage members and admins.
1. Roles in a league
Video coming soon
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Host | The creator. Edits the league, approves join requests, manages members and admins, manages divisions, restarts seasons and exports data. |
| Admin | Appointed by the host. Handles join requests alongside the host, can remove regular members and export the member list. |
| Member | Appears in the roster, uses the league chat, and views the schedule and standings. |
| Visitor | Sees the league page and can send a request to join. |
2. Growing your league
There is no invite button — players join your league themselves. Share the league (see below) and ask players to tap Request to join on the league page; you approve their requests as they arrive.
3. Sharing the league
Tap the share icon next to the league name to show the league QR code. Anyone who scans it lands on the league's public page — ideal to print or show at your club.
The public league page shows the league details and an Open in web button; on a phone it also offers an Open in app shortcut. To join from there, players open the league and tap Request to join — a Padel Fast account is required.
4. Join requests and approval
Players who find your league tap Request to join and pick the division they want to play in — in a Team league, they first pick the teammate they join with. Each request appears as a card at the top of the league page for the host and admins, showing the player (or pair) and the requested division.
Accept or decline the request.
Accepting adds the player to the members list and places them straight into the division they requested — in a Team league, the pair joins as a team. Either way the player is notified of the outcome.
While a request is pending, the player sees it on the league page and can cancel it. If you decline, they can send a new request later with Request again.
5. Managing members
The members card lists everyone grouped by role — host, admins, then members. Tap Show more (or the +N avatar) to open the full member list, then open the menu next to a member to:
- Make admin / Revoke admin (host only) — share the work of approving requests and managing members.
- Remove from league — this also removes the player from any division and team they were part of.
The host and admins can also export the full member list (name, email, phone, role) as a CSV file with Export members, and the same list has a search field to find someone quickly.
6. League chat
Every league has a members-only chat. The chat card on the league page previews the latest message; opening it shows the full conversation. New messages notify the other members in the app.
